We deliver worldwide in cooperation with DHL (incl. insurence), there is no minimum order value.
The time of delivery within Germany in general is 3 working days. The time of delivery in EU states probably 4-5 working days, to Switzerland probably 5-7 working days, the time of delivery in other countries depends on mode and way of dispatch. The time of delivery is displayed on the object-side and during trade procedure. Shippment will start at once after receipt of payment or order acceptance (only within Germany – payment on invoice).
In the case that we are not able to deliver in time due to the fact that our distributor is defaulting the customer will be informed immediately. If this happens, you have the right to put on hold or to cancel your order. If the order is not available or only partially available, the customer will be informed immediately. Any payments made are refunded promptly.

In addition to the displayed object-prices we charge shipping costs in accordiance with the following schedule. Taking all named factors into account we calculate the shipping costs. The weight shown nearby the object is based on all these factors. The current prices will be displayed clearly during trade procedure and before sending your order. All objects will be packed professionally without extra expenses, but with all thoroughness.
Orders worldwide (excl. EU) will be delivered exclusive duty and/or taxes, the customer has to pay the costs of customs clearance and/or taxes. The delivery to Switzerland additionally will be done without the German sales tax, instead the customer has to pay the Switzerland sales tax.

After confirmation of your order you will receive our invoice as a PDF payable via PayPal. Just log in to your personal PayPal account (e-mail-address and password needed) and confirm the amount. Prepayment – If you select prepayment you will receive our invoice with the total amount via e-mail (pdf-file). When cashed we are able to deal with your order.
Cash on delivery – Payment by cash on delivery is only available inside Germany. The invoice is payable on receipt of goods cash to the carrier, an additional charge of 7,00 EURO (once per order) is payable to bearer.
Invoice – Payment on invoice is only available inside Germany (residence and delivery-address) for orders up to 150,00 EURO. The customer obligates him/herself to pay the balance within 10 days after receipt of goods.
Right of revocation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
